Delivery Policy

Every floral bouquet and arrangement is personally hand-delivered by our shop delivery specialists.  We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, to your specifications.  Please be sure to enter all specific requests and delivery information in the "Special Request" field on Check Out Page.  We will do our best attempt to honor your request.  For more detailed information, please contact us at 1-732-906-0506 or

Delivery Area

The products we offer on this website are only available for delivery within 10 miles radius of Garden Flowers, located at 927 West Kelly St, Metuchen, NJ.  If you have any specified requests, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.  We will try to accommodate as much as possible.  For outside areas, our product will be available for Pick Up only. 

Please allow 3 Hours for our florist specialists to prepare your order. 

Same Day Delivery

All of our floral products can be delivered the same day if the order is placed before 11 am, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after those times will be delivered the following day. Fruits baskets along with exotic flowers can sometimes require 24 hours' notice for delivery. Please contact us at 1-732-906-0506 or info@gardenflowers.com for more information.

Sunday and Holiday Delivery

Sunday and Holiday delivery are possible but, we cannot guarantee this on every order due to the high volume of requests.  While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests,

if service is unavailable, we will contact you to organize for those items to be delivered on other specified dates.  For orders placed on a Sunday or Holiday, the product will be delivered the next business day.  Please contact us at 1-732-906-0506 for more specific information about the availability of Sunday or Holiday Delivery.

Time Request

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept specific time requests. 

Our delivery hour is from 12 pm - 5 pm.  To make a delivery request, please be sure to enter it in the "Delivery Notes" field during checkout.  We will do our best to meet your expectations.  During peak periods and holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Etc., we are unable to accept any specific time requests.

Recipient Not Available

If you have included special instructions for delivery, please take into account what you would like to happen if the intended recipient is not home when the delivery is being made.  In most cases, if the recipient is not at home we will:

  • Reach out to the purchaser for further instructions.

  • Leave the product in a secured and covered area near the front door or other accessible entrance.

Substitutions

There will be times when flowers ordered will not be available for use. During these times, we will make every effort to substitute an appropriate replacement that meets the same levels of quality and value as the original, as well as maintaining the standards of style, theme, and color schemes as the original order. We will only substitute items of equal or greater value as the original and will contact you regarding the substitution required.
